My name is Jennifer Fernandez. This is my first year teaching as a second-grade teacher at Muhlenberg Elementary Center. I have been teaching infants through kindergarten since 2019 before I became part of the MEC family!

I graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (PreK - Grade 4) and a minor in ESL (English Second Language). Outside of school, I love reading, trail walking, traveling, and spending time with my family.

A little about me: I am passionate about education and dedicated to fostering a love for learning in my students. I believe that every child has unique strengths and abilities, and my goal is to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment where each student can thrive.

In my classroom, we will focus on developing critical thinking skills, creativity, and collaboration. I am committed to making learning fun and meaningful, and I look forward to working closely with you to support your child's educational journey.
